Q. How do I pay for my membership?
Once you got in contact with the space admin they will tell you when and how you can make the payment for the desired spot in their coworking space.
Q. Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Generally you can get a refund for a cancelled spot, however, this issue needs to be discussed further with the space admin.
Q. I booked a desk but I want to cancel. What do I do?
If you changed your mind and can no longer use the desk you booked, simply inform the space admin by sending them a message.
Q. Do you use gift cards?
Coworker does not use gift cards, however some spaces might offer them.
Q. What payment methods can I use?
There is no general rule. However, most spaces accept cash or credit/ debit card/ PayPal or bank transfer.
** Please note that this is not done via Coworker and directly with the space.
