Q. How do I pay for my membership?
Once you get in contact with the space admin they will tell you when, how, and where you can make the payment in for membership with your preferred coworking membership.
Q. Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Generally you can get a refund for a cancelled spot, however, this issue needs to be discussed further with the space admin.
Q. I booked a desk but I want to cancel. What do I do?
If you changed your mind and can no longer use the desk you booked, simply inform the space admin by sending them a message.
Q. Do you use gift cards?
Coworker does not use gift cards, however some spaces might offer them.
Q. What payment methods can I use?
Most spaces accept cash, card (credit/debit), PayPal or bank transfer!
