  • Q. How do I delete admins to our listing?

    Only Coworker admin can delete admins of your listing. As of the moment, only Coworker can delete admins, but no worries, it is super easy. Just email us at spaces@coworker.com and request to delete the recent admins.

  • Q. How do I add admins to our listings?

    It is super easy just make sure the new admin signed up as a user on Coworker.com to register their email. Then email us back to let us know which email address you used and we will sync it up so you are the Admin over the space. That’s it!

  • Q. How can I reactivate my listing?

    Only Coworker admin can reactivate the listing. As of the moment only Coworker can reactivate the listing so you can email us your request at hello@coworker.com with your coworking space name and we will activate it for you.

  • Q. How can I claim/verify my space?

    To get you setup as the Admin over the page or space, simply register with your email or Facebook account. Then email us back to let us know which email address you used and we will sync it up so that you can gain admin rights over your Coworker profile.

  • Q. Can our members leave a review in their native language?

    Absolutely, we encourage them to leave a review in their own native language.

  • Q. How can we get our Welcome pack from Coworker.com?

    If your space is already “Verified”,  you can always email us at hello@coworker.com and request for your Coworker Welcome Pack. Just email us your mailing address and we will mail you one.
