• Q. We received a booking to our space. Can we reply directly to the user?

    You can reply to the user directly. The user will left their email address so you can email to them directly. Replying directly from Coworker is a great idea and something we will consider it in the future.

  • Q. How can I delete a review?

    At the moment only Coworker staff can change your name and edit your review. We highly suggest you don't delete reviews unless it uses inappropriate language or you received it due to a misunderstanding.
